1.What this notice covers

This notice covers our public website, kairosintel.co.za, and the enquiry forms on it. The Kairos CFO platform is covered by its own Privacy Policy.

Kairos Intelligence (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/501947/07, is the responsible party. Our Information Officer is Jason Basterfield, contactable at [email protected].
2.What we collect
2.1
Only what you type into an enquiry form: your name, work email, business name, phone number, accounting system, number of entities and any message. We ask for your consent before you submit.
2.2
We do not use the website to track you or build a profile of you.
3.Why we use it
3.1
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, arrange the diagnostic. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside the providers named below.
4.Who else handles it
4.1
Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and stores form submissions. Cloudflare, Inc. carries the website traffic, protects it from attacks and records visit counts without cookies. Both act on our instructions under their data processing terms and may process information outside South Africa, as section 72 of POPIA permits.
5.Cookies
5.1
The website sets no analytics, preference or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated traffic. Fonts and other page resources are served from our own domain.
6.How long we keep it
6.1
Until you ask us to delete it, or three years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, the Kairos CFO Privacy Policy applies from then on.
7.Your rights
7.1
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to our using it, by emailing [email protected]. Our PAIA Manual explains formal access requests.
7.2
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
